Why did you start NextHome First Coast? I love the World Golf Village area. I knew that it would be a great opportunity to build a solid reputation with an innovative brand. As we branch up to Jacksonville, and down to St. Augustine, we now cover the full First Coast of Northeast Florida.
What do you like most about being a Realtor? Interacting more closely and adding value to the community I love. I get the opportunity to help people achieve their dreams. I hope my passion for Saint Augustine is contagious! It is my Paradise.
What do you like most about living in NE Florida? My husband and I grew up in Jacksonville and were high school sweethearts. We got married in Saint Augustine at the Oldest House (literally the oldest house in the United States) and had our reception at the Casa Monica. We love this beautiful city! We are so proud to now have the opportunity to raise our children in this wonderful area with top notch A-rated schools. Although the area has definitely changed and grown up since we lived here in the 90's, it is still so much fun to reminisce and make new memories as well. Living in a historic city near the ocean provides the opportunity for learning and fun all year round!
Interesting information about you: I have an active motorcycle license, though I don't ride right now…gave it up when I had my children because of the danger, but I do miss it and hope to ride again someday. I have been to almost every continent in my prior career as a Global Marketing Manager. I advocate for adults with special needs through my non-profit 501(c)(3) Strong Like Steve Foundation, Inc and am a life-long volunteer for the Special Olympics and various other events for the special needs community.
